Peggy Oakley - Peggy Oakley is an invaluable member of the Archives and Information Services team. Peggy's organization skills are admirable, and she is always finding ways to streamline her work processes and improve the department's and her own efficiency. In addition, Peggy cheerfully takes on activities that are outside of her normal scope of duties. She served on the safety committee for many years, participated in numerous charitible events, and most recently, assisted her colleagues with large information requests by photocopying and preparing thousands of pages for mailing. Peggy's hard work and helpful attitude have earned her the appreciation and respect of her peers.

In addition to responding to reference questions, Dina produces pathfinders and handouts on the most commonly asked questions. More recently, Dina has represented the Talking Book Program at conferences and workshops. Dina is well-known for being reliable and ever-cheerful, and her joy for the work she does helps to inspire other staff members. Dina has earned the respect of her colleagues and patrons alike.
