During that time, she has distinguished herself as a knowledgeable, cheerful and approachable public servant in the Reference Library. Other staff members often look to Terri for answers and marvel at her resourcefulness and determination to get the best possible answer for each question. According to one colleague, Terri is an employee who "puts a face" on the agency everyday by how she interacts with patrons. "Terri is always polite, charming, patient and helpful, listening attentively." Fellow employees also find her a delight to work with because of her helpfulness, sense of humor and professionalism.
Jill Muehe - Jill Muehe has served as the administrative assistant in the Information Resources Technologies division for two years, and in that short time has tackled and completed a plethora of projects, earning her kudos from IRT staff as well as from across the agency. According to Jill's coworkers, she is capable, dependable, organized, efficient and upbeat. Add to that the adjectives of "amazing, dedicated and helpful." One colleague described Jill this way: "Jill is always cheerful and brilliant at figuring out how to make things work more efficiently. She is one of those people who anticipates needs, and usually has the need met before we even are able to express the need." Without Jill, IRT would not run as effectively as it does today, another colleague stated.
