If they steal any horses from
the Texians or our red friends, I want you to
bring them back and have them given up.

All the property you take which
belongs to the Wild Indians, you and your
warriors may divide among yourselves.

The Wacos Tougasos [?] Touscans [?]
Cados Comanche Pawnees and Keechi have
all been in the habit of stealing Horses
and will continue to do it until they
are stopped.

They are Bad people and
must be ____ [?] watched[.]
