To Mochecut, alias Black Beard,
A-quo-ha-da Comanche Chief,
has been for some time using
his influence for good and
promises to continue at Peace
and friendship towards the
White people-- I ask for him
kind treatment at the hands
of all with whom he comes
in contact, as long as he
continues to conduct himself
in a proper manner
