Military Crosswalk Information - Veterans, Reservist or Guardsman with an MOS or additional duties that fall in the fields of: Army -92A - Automated Logistical Specialist; Navy -SN Seaman; Coast Guard - 360 Yeoman; Marine - 0111 Administrative Specialist; Air Force - 3A1X1 - Administration, or other related fields pertaining to the minimum experience requirement may meet the minimum qualifications for this position.
Performs entry-level electronic document imaging or micrographics work. Work involves the setup, operation, and maintenance of digital imaging equipment and software, scanners, and micrographics equipment. Works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Performs data entry
Performs Document Preparation
Maintains and reports daily production
Performs routine maintenance on machines
Edits microforms and digital images
Operates rotary, flatbed and microfilm cameras, digital scanners
Performs related work as assigned
Attends work regularly and in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies.
Complies with all applicable agency policies and procedures.

Inspects stored film for signs of deterioration
May repair microfilm cameras and digital scanner
Graduation from a standard senior high school or GED.
Experience using a desktop computer.
Experience performing data entry.
Use of office equipment including calculators, staplers, staple removers, utility knife.
Ability to read and arrange documents by alphanumeric order.
Able to lift and move 30 pounds of work related materials
Knowledge of composition and spelling

Experience entering information into spreadsheets or databases
Experience operating a rotary microfilm camera
Experience using digital scanners to convert paper or microfilm to digital images
Experience using Digitech scanning software
Experience editing microforms or digital document output
Experience working in a micrographics or digital scanning service bureau
Experience using Microsoft Office products Word and Excel, Adobe Suite.

Criminal history check required upon contingent offer
30 pound lifting exercise, will be administered at the time of interview
Ability to occasionally work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Works under the guidance of the lead workers. Supervised by the Imaging Supervisor.
