Loan Star Grant Revisions
To begin the revision process, log into GMS, find the 'approved' Loan Star libraries grant for the current year and using the drop down, select 'submit grant revision'.
On the next page, click 'new'. There is an option to submit either a program or budget revision. Click the option that is appropriate for the request you are making. Complete the information that follows, explaining what you want to do and why, and click submit.
The Loan Star Libraries program manager then receives notification of your pending request and reviews it. Expect review to be completed the same week the request is submitted unless it is received during the peak periods of grant activity.
