Loan Star Performance Report
The Loan Star Libraries grant has required grant activity reports, called performance reports. These reports are designed to count counts of materials purchased or persons served by use of the grant funds through programming, training or library services. Please refer to your libraries grant contact for specifics on the reporting period and due dates for your grant.
To begin the performance reporting process, log into GMS, find the 'approved' Loan Star libraries grant for the current year and click 'go to'. Then, look for 'performance report' as an option at the top of the next page. You will then be asked to confirm that your library had grant activity for the reporting period.
Should you have activity to report, click the budget categories for those items or services purchased with grant funds and enter in the data requested. Answer the narrative questions to complete the report.
