Adverse Childhood Experiences and the Library: An Introduction to Trauma-Informed Library Service (Texas State Library & Archives Commission)

Join us for an overview of research into adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and the lifelong consequences of trauma, presented by TSLAC’s new Community Resilience Consultant, Patrick Lloyd, LMSW. Special attention will be paid to the behavioral responses to trauma commonly observed among public library patrons.
