Welcome to the 2023 Texas Summer Reading Program!
The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) supports Texas summer programs in partnership with the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) – a consortium of all 50 states working together to make high quality reading materials available at the lowest cost possible for libraries.
The 2023 CSLP theme is Kindness/Friendship/Unity, and the slogan is “All Together Now” or “Todos Juntos Ahora.”
TSLAC has purchased online access to the CSLP programming manual for every library location in Texas. This manual contains all the programming resources,graphics, and book lists for the upcoming summer. Accessing these resources online provides the most consistent, reliable experience..
To access the online manual
- Visit the CSLP website, https://www.cslpreads.org/
- Hover over the Manual Downloads button on the menu bar.
- From the drop down menu, select “2023 All Together Now,” and enter the access code.
The access code was disseminated via a special edition of the Summer Library Program newsletter. Contact Christina Taylor at LD@tsl.texas.gov if you did not receive this information.
The access code is case sensitive. Please share this information internally with anyone on your staff working on summer programming, but do not post it in a publicly accessible location.
If you are unable to access the manual online, contact Christina Taylor at LD@tsl.texas.gov. We have a limited number of manuals on USB that can be mailed directly to your library.
