Mother Nature clearly has no regard for deadlines! Inclement weather in much of Texas has resulted in unforeseen library closures making it extremely difficult to get grant applications for Special Projects, ILS Cooperative, and TexTreasures programs submitted by the January 31, 2023 deadline.
