On May 4, 2-3 p.m. CT, five libraries will compete in the 2023 ELC Pitch Competition for the top prize of $4,000 to bring an idea of theirs related to supporting workforce development, economic development, small businesses, or entrepreneurs to life. Each library will only have five minutes to convince you that their idea deserves the first-place prize. ELC needs your vote!
