Guidelines for the 2014 competitive grant opportunities from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) are now available.

TSLAC expects to award grants for state fiscal year 2014 (Sept. 2013-August 2104) under the following grant programs: Impact, Texas Reads, TexTreasures, Library Cooperation, and Special Projects. Applications are due for consideration by 11:59 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday, February 27, 2013.

Potential applicants should view the recent webinar, TSLAC Grant Funding Opportunities for FY14, for more information on this year’s programs. You can also get a head start on your new year resolutions by registering for the upcoming webinar, Applying for TSLAC Grants: What You Need to Know, scheduled for January 15, 2013.

For help in determining the appropriate grant program for your library project, contact Erica A. McCormick, TSLAC Grants Administrator, via email at emccormick@tsl.texas.gov or phone at 512.463.5527.

TSLAC competitive grants are made possible by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act.
