Financial Management for Public Libraries Webinar Series This March

2013 February 14
by Naomi Ditullio

How can you improve financial policies and procedures at your public library? How can you justify and support your budget?  Do you have a good internal controls system set up at your public library? How can you plan for purchasing capital assets and what are the elements of long term financial planning?

To get the answers please join TSLAC’s FREE three -part webinar series this March on Financial Management for Libraries and learn from experienced instructor Tracy Arner. Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked as an auditor, accountant, and now in training for state and local governments.  She spent six years working for the Gwinnett County Public Library System in Georgia where she developed the budget and financial reporting systems she will speak about in this series of webinars.  She uses this experience to help libraries understand and improve their business processes.

Please note: This webinar series is restricted to Texas library staff only. In order for your registration to be approved please make sure to register 24 hours before each session.
