Sparks! Ignition Grants for Libraries are small grants that encourage libraries and archives to prototype and evaluate innovations that result in new tools, products, services, or organizational practices. The types of projects funded have the potential to be replicated widely or have potential for broad impact in the library world.  Successful projects represent innovations for libraries.

The funding range is from $10,000 to $25,000, and there are no matching requirements. Projects must begin on October 1, November 1, or December 1, 2015.

An introductory webinar outlining grant requirements and the application procedure will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Visit the Sparks! grant pages for program guidelines, information about attending the introductory webinar, and to get more all the details about this funding opportunity.
