We at TSLAC want to help public libraries increase their Internet speed, and our new program, “Libraries Connecting Texas” (LCT) is the way to do that. It pays for the cost of an Internet upgrade for one year, plus provides free TWO years of direct, one-on-one support and coaching to get your library started with an ongoing federal discount program (E-rate) that will help you sustain the cost into the future.
