The Texas State Library and Archives Commission grants Texas Libraries a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to download and display the above gif file of the 2000 Texas Reading Club bookmark for use as a screensaver or on library webpages. Libraries may resize the gif file but may not alter it or create derivative works from it, and may not sell, distribute, or in any way exploit the artwork or any portion thereof for any commercial use.

Clip Art

The Texas State Library and Archives Commission grants Texas Libraries a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to reproduce all clip art in the Texas Reading Club manual to promote their libraries and the Texas Reading Club. It may be used in creating items such as crafts, programs, t-shirts, and library decorations. Libraries may resize and reverse the clip art, but may not alter it. Public libraries in Texas may use the art work to create items that will be sold only if the proceeds are returned to the library directly or through a Friends of the Library organization.
