Introduction to Credo Reference
Credo Reference is one of TexShare's newest additions. The Credo Complete Core Collection is one-stop exploratory search platform containing over 1,000 full-text reference titles, plus thousands of images and videos - making it a great starting point for homework and school projects, academic research, job search preparation, and other reference needs.
This in-person workshop will serve as a general overview of Credo Reference, give a full platform tour, and discuss how to get the most usage out of this reference service at your library.
- Platform features: Complete Core title list, image searching, Mind Map, Topic Pages and translation tools
- Credo LibGuides integrations and LMS embedding tools.
- Using Credo in research instruction with a focus on FYE students (for academic institutions) and juvenile content for young students (for public libraries)
- Credo Admin tour - run usage stats, download MARC records, handle light customization maintenance.
