CE Credit for Viewing Workshop Recordings

TSLAC will award CE credit to those who view the video recording of past workshops, but there are a few stipulations. We believe that viewing the video within a group setting encourages peer-to-peer learning. Thus, CE credit will not be awarded to someone who watches the program on their own -- the video must be viewed within a group of at least three people. In addition, someone present at the viewing must agree to maintain a sign-in sheet for TSLAC, distribute workshop handouts (if any) and instruct participants to request CE credit by following the instructions on our online CE page. The completed sign-in sheet MUST be returned either to the Library Science Collection librarian along with the borrowed program OR it must be faxed to the attention of Dawn Vogler at (512) 463-8800 as soon as possible after the viewing.

If someone is unable to assemble a group of at least three people to view a video and they are still in need of CE credit, please have them contact Dawn Vogler, Continuing Education and Consulting Manager, at 512-936-4449 or dawn.vogler@tsl.texas.gov and a decision can be made on a case-by-case basis regarding CE credit.
