Manual access generally opens in October.

Through TSLAC with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, all Texas public libraries have a membership in CSLP and will therefore be able to download the CSLP Programming Manual. Full instructions will be disseminated via the Summer Library Newsletter, so if you haven't already, please consider subscribing in order to remain abreast of future updates.
