Re-think it: Libraries for a New Age

Primary tabs

The Re-think it: Libraries for a New Age conference brings together diverse groups to collectively re-think the increasingly important role libraries play in the communities they serve. TSLAC staff present three programs at the conference:

Reflecting Community Values and Need - Jan. 9 - Jaclyn Owusu presents on the Talking Book Program and how librarians can help in serving people with disabilities.

K-12 and Academia OER’s – How can we connect? - Jan. 10 - Liz Philippi presents on the current statewide OER tools in Texas for K-12 and for Academia, and how we can grow K-12 resources with the help of academia to ensure that our students; both K-12 and college, have the best, most accessible resources possible to enable their success.
