Distance Learning Library Cosultant Naomi DiTullio coordinates a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) workshop, an 8-hour class that gives people the tools they need to help someone who might be developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. MHFA can save a life, just like CPR can help save someone who is having a heart attack.

Instructor: Integral Care

CE Credit: 8 hours (certificates provided by the National Council for Behavioral Health will list the number of hours)

Audience: Central Texas library staff and volunteers

Cost: FREE! (courtesy of a grant awarded to Integral Care by the St. David's Foundation). Free parking should be available at all of the sites as well.

Workshop: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
30 minute working lunch - please plan to bring a lunch with you. Select sites may offer group lunch ordering and delivery - if such an option is available for the site you choose to attend, details will be emailed to you prior to the workshop.
