Building and Sustaining Partnerships

This September and October TSLAC is offering a FREE in-person workshop SLM Advanced: Building and Sustaining Partnerships. During this 7-hour workshop Dr. Julie Todaro will introduce you to best practices for forming, sustaining and evaluating formal and informal partnerships with other libraries and groups in your community. You will broaden your understanding of the benefits of partnerships (and what to avoid) as well as different library and community relationships (partners, collaborations, consortia, etc.), relationships in specific economic and legislative climates (local and state), and much more. SLM Advanced handouts include extensive samples, examples and self-assessments.

Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Presenter: Dr. Julie Todaro
