SLRM Customer Service Surveys 2011

As a valued customer who works for a state agency or local government, you are invited to rate our services in this biennial customer service survey.  This survey covers Records Management Assistance (consulting, training, and publications) for state agencies and local governments. Additionally for state agencies, it covers the State Records Center, the Imaging Services unit, and our Facilities and Operations. You will be able to rate services in each area as well as provide us with your suggestions and comments.

We strive to provide the quality of service you expect.  To judge how we are doing, we need your help. Completing this survey will take only a few minutes of your time, and those minutes are very important to our work. Responses from past surveys resulted in significant procedural changes that improved, we hope, the quality and timeliness of our services.

We ask that you complete this year’s survey as soon as possible.  The survey link will expire on August 1, 2011.  The survey is anonymous.
