We are offering an updated version of our imaging webinar, Tips for a Successful Imaging Project. The webinar, intended for state agency and local government employees, will provide guidance on how to execute an imaging project. As the movement towards creating “paperless offices” continues to pick up speed, it is essential that governments are aware of the imaging standards and procedures that they are required to follow.

This webinar will offer an overview of TSLAC imaging laws, give guidance on setting up a project plan, identify issues or problems that might occur, and will close with a discussion of one of  our most frequently asked questions: “Can I throw away the source documents after the scanning project is complete?” We will also provide updated information on the state digital imaging contracts.

Don’t miss out on this FREE webinar Thursday, September 8th, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

This class is available to both state agencies and local governments. To sign up for this webinar, visit http://www.tsl.texas.gov/apps/slrm/training/classes_state.php (state agencies) or http://www.tsl.texas.gov/apps/slrm/training/classes_local.php (local governments.)
