Public comments are now being accepted for proposed changes to Local Schedule EL.  The proposed changes were published in the June 20th issue of the Texas Register.  To view the proposed changes click here.  Most of the proposed changes are based on legislative changes to the retention of precinct election records passed by the 82nd Texas Legislature.
