We are still accepting any comments to our proposed draft of Local Schedule GR. The current draft of updates is available on our website and we would appreciate any feedback you are able to provide about the proposed changes.
The changes to Local Schedule GR are primarily based on questions and suggested revisions we’ve received from local governments since the last schedule update in 2012.

If you are unable to submit your comments by the January 12 deadline, you will still have another chance. After our Commission reviews and approves the draft it will be posted in the Texas Register for a 30 day public comment period.
