Last week three TSLAC Government Information Analysts were given the opportunity to travel as far from Austin as you possibly can without leaving the state of Texas. We visited the El Paso Central Appraisal District to conduct two days of records management training. What fun!

El Paso is a beautiful place filled with big-hearted people. All three of us felt welcome by the city and CAD staff. The restaurant recommendations were on point. Whatever they are doing with chilis and queso in West Texas should be adopted statewide. Very delicious.

I know I speak for all three of us when I say, El Paso invite us back anytime!
