SLRM Customer Service Survey

As a valued customer who works for a Texas state agency, local government, or institution of higher education, we invite you to evaluate our services in this biennial customer service survey. The survey asks you to rate and submit suggestions and comments about the State and Local Records Management division generally and provides opportunities to rate and comment on our specific programs and services, too.

Completing this survey should take only a few minutes; however, those minutes are valuable as we work to improve our internal processes and procedures. Customer responses to past surveys helped us plan significant procedural changes and implement enhancements to improve the relevance, quality, and timeliness of our services.
