The URRS Common Series Checklist contains records series frequently used by Texas public universities. It is to be utilized as a guidance tool and aid to assist universities when reviewing their schedules as well as to help determine and maintain the records applicable for their specific needs.

The URRS Checklist is available in the record retention recertification packet and as a template provided to university RMOs upon receiving their recertification notice.
