Local Governments, join us in this year's Records Management Officer Meeting

Calling all Texas local government records management officers and liaisons! You are cordially invited to the annual Local Government Records Management Officer meeting, organized by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC).

This meeting will include presentations and Q&A on training, compliance, local schedule updates, and more!

  • When:  Friday, April 10, 2026 – 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM (CST).
  • Where: Online via Zoom.
  • Cost: Free, advance registration required.

  • Registration Deadline: Friday, April 3, 2026, end of business day.

Please note:

  • Registration is limited to Texas local government entities. State agencies and public universities should register for the upcoming State Agency RMO Meeting.
  • Due to Zoom capacity limits, we request that each local government register no more than two employees.
