This is an informal posting intended to gather comments from stakeholders and the general public, not a formal publication for rulemaking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feedback provided during this phase of the update process will be reviewed and considered by TSLAC staff when preparing the formal draft of proposed updates, which will be brought before the Commission and published in the Texas Register. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mentioned above, while all informal comments will be reviewed and considered, TSLAC will not respond to individual comments and questions submitted through the webform.<br><br>This will not be the only opportunity to provide input on proposed changes to these Local Government Retention Schedules.&nbsp;<strong>When the amended administrative rules are officially proposed to the Commission, there will be the 30-day formal comment review period as required by the Administrative Procedure Act (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/statutes.capitol.texas.gov\/Docs\/GV\/htm\/GV.2001.htm#B\"><strong>Government Code, Ch. 2001, Subch.
