January 26, 2014 the United States Post Office will increase the postage rates and media mail is included in the increase.  Sending a 2 lb package will increase from $2.98 to $3.17.  We will also increase the flat rate postage cost from $3.00 to $3.17 that you are allowed to recoup from you patrons.

Navigator (NRE) will be unavailable January 17, 2014 beginning at 4:00 am for approximately an hour for a system upgrade.  Libraries will not be able to access NRE during this time.  Users will be able able to search the Texas Group Catalog but will receive an error when trying submit a request.
