A variety of promotional material is available for you to help introduce the new interlibrary loan program to your patrons and staff. Below are documents that you can customize and print from your printer.

Printable Bookmarks – where staff place requests for patrons.

Navigator Newsletter – Customize this newsletter to promote ILL services to your community.
Press Release – Customize this press release to send to your local media outlets.
Navigator Staff Flyer – Flyer for your staff to explain the benefits of using Navigator.
Patron Search Tips – Provides information to the patron on how to search the Texas Group Catalog and place an ILL request.

These can all be printed out from this site at your library. If you would like posters or bookmarks, we can send those to you.

In the promotional materials in the section of patron search tips there is suppose to be information on how patrons can place a request I don’t see the steps(handout)for patrons.
