Oxford Scholarly Editions Online is a major new publishing initiative from Oxford University Press. It features the full text of over 170 scholarly editions of material written between 1485 and 1660, including Shakespeare’s plays and the poetry of John Donne.

The collection is set to grow into a massive virtual library, ultimately including the entirety of Oxford’s distinguished list of authoritative scholarly editions. Online publication of these essential scholarly resources opens up new possibilities for search and comparison, making texts more accessible, cross-searchable and interconnected, than ever before. Current subject modules include:

Hosting fees:
Free hosting for 12 months. If no additional uploads are purchased for the same subject module within a year after the 12-month free hosting period, hosting will be charged at $100 per subject module. Annual hosting fees are capped at $500.

All subject modules are available as unlimited access subscriptions, or as one-time purchases with the option to purchase additional supplemental uploads as they are released by Oxford.

Prices on subscriptions or purchases are based on the same discount structure: 15% discount off of list price for 1 subject module, 20% for 2-3 modules, 25% for 4-5 modules, and 30% for 6-7 modules.
