ecutors, administrators and success- ors in office, to warrant and for- ever
defend the title to all and singular the premises aforesaid, save and except the
said strip lying on the South side of the above described prop- erty, unto the
said state of Texas and its assigns, against every person whom- soever,
lawfully claiming or to claim the same of any part thereof save as hereinabove
excepted. In witness whereof, this instrument is Signed and Executed in the
