The Library and Archives Commission may deliberate on and/or take action on any of the following agenda items.

Authorization to propose rule review pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code §2001.039 of 13 TAC Chapter 8, TexShare Library Consortium; Authorization to post proposed amendments to 13 TAC §8.1, §8.3, §8.4, and §8.5.

Executive Session under the Open Meetings Act. The commission may meet in Executive Session on any item listed above if authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 551.
