The Audit Committee may deliberate on and/or take action on any of the following agenda items. The Audit Committee may go into executive session on any agenda item listed below, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Gov’t Code, Chapter 551. A quorum of the full Texas State Library and Archives Commission may attend the Audit Committee meeting.
- Welcome, introductions, and general announcements.
- Presentations of proposals for internal audit contract.
- Discussion of and possible action on proposals for internal audit contract.
