Due to Governor Greg Abbott’s March 13, 2020 proclamation of a state of disaster affecting all counties in Texas due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Governor’s March 16, 2020 suspension of certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, the April 16, 2020 meeting of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission Audit Committee will be held by telephonic conference call, as authorized under Texas Government Code, §551.125.
Members of the public will have access and a means to participate in this meeting, by two-way audio, by calling toll free 1-877-820-7831 (passcode 6709017#). If you wish to provide public comment during the meeting, please email Tracy Lash at tlash@tsl.texas.gov by 3pm on April 15, 2020 and you will be provided instructions on how to participate.

The Audit Committee may deliberate on and/or take action on any of the following agenda items. The Audit Committee may go into executive session on any agenda item listed below, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Gov’t Code, Chapter 551. A quorum of the full Texas State Library and Archives Commission may attend the Audit Committee meeting for information-gathering and discussion. However, Commission members who are not Committee members will not vote on any Committee agenda items, nor will any Commission action be taken.
