The Information Technology Services (ITS) Division ensures the state library's compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the acquisition and use of information technology. ITS is charged with strategic and operational coordination with the Texas Consolidated State Data Center to ensure the delivery of efficient data center services to the library. The ITS staff supports the internal network and infrastructure to the desktop as well as the telecommunications across the library's three facilities; provides project coordination for IT-related projects; and has responsibility for the development and maintenance of computer applications which support the library's service programs.
