Description:
Manuscript map showing lots, blocks, and streets. The town lies next to the Trinity River and Mill Creek. Note: "Bath is 40 miles below the San Antonio Road and head of stream navigation: 110 miles from the mouth of the river." Measurements are given for lots - 30 varas front, 60 rear; and for streets - alternately 69 and 90 feet wide.
