Note: "Survey made under direction of Captain C.S. Riche, Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army." Shows the outline of Texas City and Galveston, of Fort San Jacinto, Fort Travis, Pelican Spit, Pelican Island, Bolivar Point, other points, lighthouses, jetties, channels, the harbor line with proposed extensions, and the axis of a proposed dike. The map contains various notes which elaborate on various features previously mentioned. 5/6/82
