Description:
Covers the area known as Texas and extends northward through Kansas. The 100th meridian on the map represents part of the boundary between the United States and Spain, as specified in the Adams-Onis Treaty of 1819. Disputed territory between the Red River and the Arkansas River is labeled. Shows rivers, and Captain Zebulon Pike's route.
