Description:
Covers Texas, Louisiana, the Arkansas Territory, part of the Missouri Territory, and the Mexican States of Coahuila and Tamaulipas. Shows rivers, empresario grants, land owned by the Colorado and Red River Land Company, cities, towns, routes and trails--including the Old San Antonio Road, and forts. The population of the cities and acreage of some land grants is given. Note: "The Tracts professed by the Company are the Wilson and Exter 1st Grant and the Milam Grant."
