Manuscript map showing rivers, creeks, streets, lots and blocks-- some are numbered, surveys of land--giving names of owners, College Hill and Capitol Square, the U.S. arsenal and the Lunatic Asylum. The map is bounded by East Avenue, the Colorado River in the South, the Lunatic Asylum in the north, and College Hill in the west. 7/30/82
