Covers Mexican states, including Texas, New Mexico, and California. Shows rivers, lakes, mountainous areas, cities, towns, mines, missions, battlegrounds, and Indian tribes, ruins, and villages. Inset: Carta de los Caminos & c. desde Vera Cruz y Alvardo a Mejico (Map of the Roads and etc. from Vera Cruz and Alvardo to Mexico City), 2) Map Showing the Battlegrounds of the 8th and 9th, May, 1846, by J.H. Eaton; 3) Plan of Monterey and its Environs. Tables: 1) Tabla de Distancias, 2) Tabla Estadistica (Statistics). Charts: a) Profile of the Route Between Mexico and Vera Cruz, b) Profile of the Route Between Mexico and Acapulco. The charts were taken and reduced from Humboldt's Atlas. This map is in Spanish and English. This map is a later edition of maps 1022 and 1026.
