Description:
Manuscript map or diagrammatic representation of Mier and surrounding territory, including the Rio Grande and Rio del Alamo. Accompanying material contains notes in Spanish, giving a full explanation of the Spanish map code, and is signed by Padre Jose Antonio Gutierrez de Lara, brother of the governor of Tamaulipas, Don Bernado Maximilian Gutierrez de Lara. 4/26/84
