Description:
Shows rivers, creeks, terrain, contour lines, towns, houses and other buildings, roads, railroads, and Union and Confederate camps, works, lines, troops, and artillery. Contour interval is 10 feet. This map is part of the Atlas to Accompany the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies, compiled by Captain Calvin D. Cowles, Government Printing Office, Washington, 1891-1895, plate XCIX. Title page, table of contents, and index to maps in the atlas are filed under map #3209.
