Description:
Shows rivers, creeks, streams, mountains, old river beds of the Rio Grande, cities, towns; outlying buildings--including schools, churches, and post offices; roads, highways (giving mileage between points), bridges, railroads, cemeteries, Texas - New Mexico boundary markers, utility lines, petroleum pipelines, mines or quarries, canals, military bases, and airports. Inset: Tornillo. Four of the six sheets comprising this map are actually enlargements of the county along the Rio Grande, showing more detail of El Paso, and plans of Canutillo, Clint, San Elizario, Fabens, Cuadrilla. An earlier edition is 4853. Later editions are 5450, 5834. Long. 105 deg. 55' - 106 deg. 40' 6 sheets, each 45 cm x 61 cm. 11/8/85
