Covers Hog Island and vicinity, showing bays, creeks, a ship channel, oil company leases, and oil wells. This is part of a multi-page circular issued by the General Land Office, offering oil and gas leases to submerged state lands. A table listing these lands by county and a sample oil and gas lease application are given.
