Shows continents, bodies of water, islands, mountains and other topographical features, countries, states, provinces and other territories, counties, cities, towns, roads, railroads, canals, forts, and Indian tribes. Street maps or plats of some cities are present. Maps are accompanied by descriptive text. Also present are engravings and statistical tables. A list of maps is attached.
